Our company is conducting new employee training for 2023.

To help new employees gain a deeper understanding of the company culture, better integrate into the work environment, and enhance their sense of belonging and responsibility, the company organized pre-training sessions for workshops and departments on the morning of February 18th. Job training was provided to over 60 new employees.


This training program was comprehensive, covering the company's history, development strategy, and strategic planning. It also featured lectures by a safety training instructor specially invited by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The training played a significant role in inspiring employees' enthusiasm for the company and their positions, cultivating a rigorous work attitude and organizational discipline, strengthening safety awareness, and improving their overall competence.

During the training, the new employees demonstrated a positive attitude. They expressed that the training provided them with a comprehensive understanding of the company and their future work, equipped them with essential knowledge, improved their skills and qualifications, and boosted their confidence in taking on their roles.
